Account data (for registered users): email, name, and authentication credentials managed by Supabase Auth.
Usage data: session metadata, project data, camera frames, and voice recordings processed during active coaching sessions.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and service operation.
To communicate about the pilot program and product updates.
To provide the Calleo platform services (AI coaching, documentation, quality verification).
To improve our product and services.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting and deployment.
Supabase Inc. (USA) — database, authentication, and file storage.
OpenAI Inc. (USA) — AI vision and language analysis, tender extraction, and text embeddings.
ElevenLabs Inc. (USA) — text-to-speech audio generation and batch speech-to-text transcription.
All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Data transfers to the USA are governed by appropriate safeguards.
Pilot lead data is retained until the pilot program concludes or until you request deletion.
Account and project data is retained as long as your account is active.
Session data (camera frames, audio) is processed transiently and not stored permanently unless saved as part of project documentation.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to:
