These terms govern the use of the Calleo platform during the pilot phase. By using Calleo, you agree to these terms.
Access to Calleo during the pilot phase is provided free of charge to selected partners. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate pilot access at any time.
Calleo uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching, documentation assistance, and quality verification. AI outputs are assistive in nature and do not replace professional judgment.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content, including reports, recommendations, and quality assessments, before relying on them for decisions.
Calleo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated guidance.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate through Calleo, including project data, images, documents, and reports.
You grant Calleo a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service and improving the platform.

You agree to use Calleo only for its intended purpose: field intelligence for energy installation projects.
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Calleo’s liability for any damages arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount paid for the service (zero during the free pilot phase).
Calleo is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated guidance, installation defects, compliance failures, or any indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
